Did your payment with a Swedish Visa card get declined?
For our Swedish customers: De som har Nordea som bank måste öppna upp kortet för "alla internetköp" i tjänsten Öppna och Stänga kort.
Kortet blir då öppet för internetköp under 60 minuter och stängs sedan automatiskt. Läs mer här: http://www.nordea.se/privat/vardagstjanster/kort/Internetkop.html
Funktionen finns nu även hos fler banker, kolla med din bank vad som gäller för just dig när du handlar på nätet.
Do you ship internationally?
Of course! We do all in our power for our Feline Babes. We ship worldwide.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Shipping time varies depending on where you live.
Swedes are lucky to have a shipping time of 2-5 business days (excluding holidays) since we are based in Sweden.
Shipping within Europe will take up to 7 business days (excluding holidays).
Shipping within USA takes 2-6 business days.
Countries not mentioned above will have a shipping time of 10-20 business days (excluding holidays).
Is my package trackable?
We have worked hard to make shipping better and affordable for all of our babes and are happy to announce most of our packages are now trackable!
All packages, except smaller orders within Sweden and a few European countries, are trackable.
If your package is trackable, tracking number is provided in the shipping confirmation.
Please check the tracking before contacting us if the stated shipping days haven't passed.
How much does the shipping cost?
Within Sweden: 29 SEK/$3.1/€2.7
Within the European Union: 39 SEK/$4.2/€3.6
Outside of the European Union: 49SEK/$5.3/€4.5
These costs (in other than SEK) are approximate.
Can Feline Lashes influence custom duties and fees?
While beauty has no borders, international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival.
Unfortunately we are not able to influence your local customs fees. Within the European Union and the United States there are no customs fees.
Can I return my lashes?
If the lashes you received didn't meet up to your expectations you are welcome to contact us using our contact form or email email@example.com.
Please mark your email with "Return" and order number and we will assist asap.
Do I get a shipping confirmation email?
Absolutely! As soon as your lashes have been shipped you will receive an email from us. If you haven't got any email within a few days please check your spam/junk emails as it sometimes ends up there. If not, feel free to contact us.
How does the Feline subscription work?
Subscribing to your fave lashes is really simple. When ordering choose the "subscribe and save" button to make the chosen item a subscription. (See picture below).
Your card will automatically be charged within the time range you chose when ordering. When the payment has been approved we will send out you Feline faves! The subscription has no bindings, you can cancel it at any time by logging in to "my pages" on our website.
